No, we've chosen to leave you free to explore! We don't offer in-house dining, but we're strategically located: just steps away, you'll find plenty of restaurants with fixed-price menus . If you're looking for an authentic atmosphere, a short walk will take you to Chioggia's typical taverns, where you can enjoy traditional lagoon dishes.

We prefer not to limit you: we don't include the beach because we want you to choose the one you like best. We're right on the Sottomarina seafront , in a very central location, so you'll be spoiled for choice among the best beach resorts in the area, just a few meters away.

Absolutely! We have a private pool for our guests' exclusive use , located right in front of the property. It's the perfect place for a refreshing dip or a moment of total relaxation away from the crowds. A swimming cap is mandatory.

Parking is not a problem. We have both outdoor parking spaces and a private garage , depending on your needs and the size of your vehicle (surcharge applies). We strongly recommend booking your parking space at the same time as your room for maximum convenience. Motorcycles and bicycles are also available.

Dogs of any breed and weight are welcome here, with no restrictions! They can even accompany you to the breakfast room (staying near the table, not the buffet). For their safety, they're not allowed in the pool area (the concrete is hot and they could hurt their paws), but we have a fantastic solution: right in front of us is the Astoria Dog Beach , which you can reserve so you can enjoy the sea with your furry friend.

Yes, we love those who travel on two wheels! To explore the coast or take a tour through the streets of Chioggia, we offer a bike rental service, both classic models ( muscle-powered ) and comfortable e-bikes for those who want to pedal effortlessly.
